Bill Drury

With 30 years experience as a building and utility contractor, developer, and commercial and residential Realtor, Bill Drury is now adding business brokerage to the services he offers clients. His vast experience in local government also helps clients interested in buying or selling businesses as they navigate the myriad of regulations for operating a business.

As a Magistrate on Spencer Countyâ€™s Fiscal Court and a past President of the Kentucky Magistrates & Commissioners Association, Bill has in-depth knowledge of local planning and zoning requirements as well as state economic development policy.

Bill has built commercial buildings in seven states, as well as a hospital in the Virgin Islands, and was instrumental in the design and construction of a 150-acre residential development in Spencer County. His personal experiences in buying and selling businesses have encouraged him to put his talents to work helping his clients make sound investments.
