Josh Murphy, MBA
Josh began his business career working in the fields of print advertising and broadcast journalism at Ball State University. Following graduation, he moved to Louisville where he held management positions in the railroad and barge transportation industries. Those opportunities allowed him to strengthen his project management and negotiation skills. Along with his shipping and logistics experience, he also completed his Masters in Business Administration at Bellermine University in 2006. From there, Josh went on to earn his Kentucky real estate license. He believes his ten years of commercial business experience will allow him to effectively manage the complexities that exist in business transactions. "Negotiating business transactions is a complex process that requires continual monitoring and negotiation from start to finish. My job is to put your interests first and be knowledgeable of all the avenues available to bring you the best possible result with your business transaction".
